2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

If tracking does not show immediate movement, your package is still in transit and on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer
Coralandinkstationery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
• Import regulations may vary depending on the destination country


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please email clear photos of the damaged item within 72 hours of delivery
• Our team will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible

Lost or Stolen Packages

Coralandinkstationery is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after tracking shows “Delivered.”

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are happy to provide tracking information to assist with your claim.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
